1. There is an age limit of 18 for the event. All participants aged 18 and over are required to have a ticket.
2. The train will depart from Amsterdam Central Station and will be moving for 4 hours.During this 4-hour period, boarding and disembarking will not be allowed. The organizer will decide on the number and duration of breaks and will announce them through social media channels. There are rest areas and toilets available at the event.
3. As food and beverages will be sold within the event area, outside food and beverages will not be allowed into the concert area.
4. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any person they deem inappropriate, provided the ticket price is refunded.
5. Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional audio and video equipment (e.g., video cameras, photo cameras), selfie sticks, and GoPro mounts are not allowed in the event area.
6. Keep your ticket and wristband for the duration of the event.
7. You are responsible for your personal belongingswithin the event area.
8. Pets are not allowed into the event area.
9. It is recommended to only purchase merchandise from authorized sales points within the event area.
10.It is forbidden to bring flammable or explosive items (e.g., deodorants, sprays, perfumes), sharp or piercing tools, or laser pointers into the event area.
11. Sound systems at the event may cause temporary hearing problems.
12. Lighting systems at the event may cause temporary eye discomfort.
13. Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals holding tickets not purchased from official sources.
14. If attendees exit the event area, they must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
15. Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
16. The event organizer holds the right to use photographs and video recording of participants in promotional materials. By attending the event, participants consent to this usage.
17. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
