This Event is Subject to Special Rules

Everyone entering the event area must have a ticket, regardless of age. Participants under 18 will not be admitted.

All participants must carry a valid ID with them.

Disabled attendees wishing to purchase tickets must contact the venue at info@vwarena.com

to make a reservation.

Special Rules:

The event will take place in all weather conditions. Attendees are advised to be prepared for any weather. Tickets will not be refunded.

Food and beverages will be sold inside the venue; therefore, outside food and drinks are not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual, provided the ticket price is refunded.

Selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, and similar items are not allowed inside the venue.

Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, etc.) is not allowed inside the venue.

Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Attendees accept that visual or audio recording devices may be confiscated if deemed necessary by the audience or artist management.

Please keep your ticket and wristband with you throughout the event.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings inside the venue.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Only merchandise sold at authorized points inside the venue should be purchased.

It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive (e.g., deodorant, spray, perfume), reflective, sharp, piercing, or potentially harmful items, as well as laser pointers, into the venue.

Sound systems at the venue may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

Lighting at the venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.

Event tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove attendees with tickets not purchased from official sources.

Participants who leave the venue and wish to re-enter must purchase a new ticket.

Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.

The venue and organizer retain the rights to use photos and videos of participants taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to this use.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.

Open cigarette packs and tobacco products are not allowed inside the venue.

Doors open at 22:00.
