-The event's doors open at 4:00 PM.
-The event time is subject to change according to legal regulations.
-The event has an 18-year age limit. Guests under 18 will not be admitted to the event area.
-Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
-Everyone entering the event area must have their ID, driver's license, or passport with them. The door staff has the authority to check IDs.
-The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone deemed unsuitable for the event, with a refund of their ticket price.
-The organizing institution and/or organization reserves the right to make changes to the concert venues and/or the layout and plan of the concert stages as they deem appropriate.
-Particular attention is paid to the balance of the number of women and men, as well as to attitudes, style, attire, and general appropriateness. However, entrance may be denied for these or similar reasons. This decision is entirely at the door's discretion. Our door's decision is final and applies in all circumstances. -Event wristbands must be worn at all times. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event. Do not lose your ticket.
-We would like to remind you that you are responsible for any belongings you carry with you at the event.
-For security reasons, open cigarettes, tobacco packages, and non-prescription medications will not be allowed into the concert area and will be confiscated at the entrance.
-Helmets, camping chairs, sun loungers, etc. are prohibited and will not be allowed into the concert area.
-Entry into the event area with suitcases or large backpacks is prohibited.
-Food and drink are prohibited.
-Entry into the event area with flammable, explosive, deodorant, spray, perfume, etc., any flammable, cutting, or piercing tools, or laser pointers is prohibited.
-Carrying with non-professional equipment is expected to be avoided, as is photography that could disturb other guests or the performers or invade their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
-Event participants agree that photography and video recording will be allowed within the event area.
-Professional video recording devices are prohibited without written permission.
-Recording is strictly prohibited during the concert. The audience acknowledges that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated at the discretion of the artist management.
-The organizer reserves the right to use photos and videos of event participants in promotional materials. By attending the event, the participant agrees to the exercise of this right.
-Selfie sticks and GoPros are prohibited from entering the event area.
-Fog effects will be frequently used during the event.
-Lighting effects and visuals that are not suitable for people with epilepsy may be used at the event.
-Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
-Lighting systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
-The organizer reserves the right to change the discounted ticket purchase conditions. -A ticket, together with the wristband attached at ticket issuance, grants the holder entry to the venue between the hours specified by the organizer. If the ticket and/or wristband is lost or removed from the wrist, entry is lost. The organizer is not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.
-Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.
-The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
-Tickets not used on the date and time are invalid, and refunds and/or changes are not possible. Refunds cannot be requested for tickets not used on the date and time.
-Concert tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove holders of tickets not purchased from official sales points from the concert venue.
-Audiences who enter the venue must purchase new tickets upon exiting.
-Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be issued. -The organizing company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
-Pets are not permitted at the event.
