Event Rules (1 NOVEMBER – THE VALLEY HALLOWEEN) • Entry to the event area is only possible with a wristband. Participants will receive their wristbands upon name check at the entrance. Wristbands are single-use and will no longer be valid once removed. Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced, and no re-entry will be granted. • Only participants aged 18 and above are allowed. ID checks will be conducted at the entrance. Under no circumstances will underage individuals be permitted entry. This rule cannot be relaxed under any condition due to legal obligations. • Bringing food and drinks from outside is strictly prohibited. A special bar service will be available within the event area. Participants are kindly requested not to bring any outside food or beverages. For security reasons, entry may be denied to those who do not comply with this rule. • The event will take place at CCR Hotel, located in the heart of Cappadocia. Please note that powerful sound systems, visual effects, light shows, and fog machines will be used. Participants with sensitivity to enclosed spaces or specific health conditions are advised to consider their well-being before attending. • Photography and video recording are allowed for personal use only. Use of professional equipment (drones, tripods, DSLRs, etc.) is only permitted with prior approval from the organizers. Please respect the privacy of other attendees and the mysterious atmosphere of the event. • Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable with the approval of the organization. Each ticket is personal and non-shareable. Due to limited capacity, it is important to keep your ticket safe and secure. • Solo attendance is welcome. However, groups consisting of two or more men will not be admitted. This policy is in place to maintain a balanced environment and ensure a more enjoyable, safe, and social atmosphere for all attendees.
