Event attendees acknowledge that photo and video recordings will be made within the event area.

Without written permission, it is prohibited to bring professional recording equipment or to film.

Guests are expected to avoid filming with non-professional devices in a way that disturbs other attendees or performers and violates their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

The organization and venue officials reserve the right to deny entry to the event or backstage areas to anyone they deem inappropriate.

Special attention is given to behavior, attitude, tone, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied for such reasons at the full discretion of the door staff. The decision of the door is final and applies under all circumstances.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

The organizer reserves the right to use photographs and videos of event attendees in promotional materials. By attending the event, participants agree to this usage.

The sound systems at the event may cause temporary hearing issues.

The lighting systems at the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.

Tickets should only be purchased from official sales points designated by the event team.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, lineup, and ticket prices.

Bringing selfie sticks and GoPro sticks into the event area is prohibited.
