• Tickets are non-refundable for participants who fail to arrive at the designated departure time. Latecomers may arrange their own transportation to join the event.
• Participants who wish to leave the venue before the end of the event may do so at their own expense; however, under no circumstances and for no personal reasons will the boat return to shore early.
• Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code and, if necessary, may issue a full refund.
• By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for social media and promotional purposes.
• To avoid crowding at the entrance, please arrive early.
• Tickets are strictly personal, non-transferable, and only valid for invited guests.

• Bringing outside food, beverages, sharp objects, or flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
• Professional recording equipment is not permitted without written authorization.
• Guests using amateur devices must avoid disturbing others or violating privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• Organizers and venue staff reserve the right to deny access to the event or backstage areas at their sole discretion.
