• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone deemed unsuitable for the event, with a full refund of the ticket price.
• The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
• The organizing company reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time.
• Please keep your ticket and/or wristband with you throughout the event.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the event area.
• Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted inside the event venue.
• Professional audio and video recording equipment (such as video cameras and DSLRs) are not allowed in the event area.
• All attendees must carry valid ID and present it upon request.
• Please note that you are responsible for your personal belongings within the event area.
• All guests entering the venue will be subject to a security check by event security personnel.
• Sound systems at the event may cause temporary hearing issues.
• Lighting effects at the event may cause temporary eye discomfort.
• Event tickets must be purchased only from official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals with tickets purchased from unofficial sources.
• Once you enter the event area, if you leave, you will lose your entry rights. Re-entry will require the purchase of a new ticket.
• Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued. Unless explicitly authorized in writing, purchased tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or any commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use. Tickets used in this manner will be canceled, and legal action may be taken.
• By attending the event, participants agree that the event organizer has the right to use any photographs or video footage taken during the event in promotional materials.
