* Event doors open at 20:30, and the show starts at 21:30.
* The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and above. Guests under 18 will not be admitted.
* Since food and beverages are sold at Zorlu PSM venues, bringing outside food or drinks is strictly prohibited.
* Cameras and professional photography equipment are not allowed inside the venue.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Anyone violating this rule will be removed from the venue without warning and no ticket refund will be provided.
* Everyone entering the event area must have a ticket, regardless of age.
* The responsibility for personal belongings not left in the cloakroom lies with the owner.
* Suitcases and large backpacks are not allowed inside the venue.
* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to discounted ticket policies.
* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the venue and/or event time.
* Student tickets are subject to capacity and are valid only with a valid student ID. Student IDs must be presented to staff on the event day.
* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to anyone it deems unsuitable for the event, with a full ticket refund.
* Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, we recommend guests arriving by private vehicle to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays in the parking or valet areas. Thank you for your understanding.
* The event may feature lighting effects and visuals that are not suitable for individuals with epilepsy.
* Event wristbands must be worn at all times. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event. Do not lose your ticket.
* A ticket grants entry to the event area only during the designated hours specified by the organizer, together with a wristband attached at ticket check. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist in any manner, will result in forfeiture of entry. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets or wristbands.
* Please keep your phone away from show lights that involve lasers or bright light effects throughout the event.
