- Event participants acknowledge that photography and videography will take place within the event area.
- It is prohibited to bring in and record using professional recording devices without written permission.
- The use of non-professional devices should be mindful not to disturb other guests or performers and should avoid violating the privacy of their personal lives. Flash photography is strictly forbidden.
- Organizers and venue authorities reserve the right to deny entry to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event and backstage area.
- Special attention is paid to maintaining balance in the number of male and female attendees, behavior, manner, attire, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied due to these reasons and similar ones. The decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff and remains final and valid under all circumstances.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
- The right to use photographs and videos of individuals participating in the event for promotional materials belongs to the organizer, and attendees, by participating in the event, agree to the utilization of these materials.
