- The event doors open at 21:00, and the event starts at 21:00.
- The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and over.
- Participants under the age of 18 will not be allowed entry to the event venue.
- As food and beverages are sold at Zorlu PSM venues, bringing outside food and drinks into the event area is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to bring cameras or photo cameras into the event venue.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Zorlu PSM indoor areas. Those who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the event area without warning, and no ticket refunds will be given.
- Everyone entering the event area, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket.
- The responsibility for items not left at the cloakroom rests with the owner.
- Entry with suitcases or large backpacks is not allowed in the event hall.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
- Zorlu PSM has the right to make changes to the event area and time.
- Student tickets are limited in capacity and valid with a student ID. The student ID must be shown to staff on the day of the event.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, offering a ticket refund.
- Due to possible congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, we recommend that guests arriving by private vehicle enter the area at least 1 hour before the event time to avoid delays at the Parking and Valet services. We appreciate your understanding.
- The event may include light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for people with epilepsy.
- Event wristbands must always be worn on the wrist. Do not remove your wristband at any point during the event. Do not lose your ticket.
- A ticket grants the holder entry to the event area during the times designated by the organizer, along with the wristband provided at the time of ticket issuance. Losing the ticket or wristband, or removing the wristband from the wrist, will result in the loss of entry rights. Zorlu PSM or the organizer is not responsible for any loss of ticket or wristband.
- During the event, please keep your phone away from lights and lasers used in the show.
