Participants agree that photography and video recording will take place within the event area.
Professional recording devices are not allowed without written permission.
Care should be taken to avoid using non-professional devices that may disturb other guests or infringe on the privacy of performing artists. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
The organizers and venue authorities reserve the right to deny entry to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event and backstage area.
Special attention is given to gender balance, demeanor, style, attire, and overall suitability. Entry may be denied for reasons related to these aspects. The decision of the door staff is final and applicable in all circumstances.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled.
The rights to use photographs and videos of participants for promotional materials belong to the organizer. By attending the event, participants consent to this usage.
