Turkish visionary VIIA, who has been working as a studio musician, sound
designer and electronic music geek for many years and living in Antalya, (the
warm city of the south coast), spends almost all of his time in his individual
studio making and recording music with analog and digital instruments. Due to
his high interest in Synthesizer programming, he discovered the direction of
creating his own 'neutral' sounds and tending towards his unique musical
style.
His first debut Ep called “Regrets” was released in April 2016. He has a lot of
support from famous Global Electronic Music producers such as; Maceo Plex,
Steve Lawyer, Agents Of Time, Magdalena etc. Also he shared the respected
stages and festivals (Sonar Istanbul, Big Burn Istanbul) with many DJ’s and
Producers such as Stephan Bodzin, Rodriguez Jr, Fideles and Hidden
Empire. In Late 2016, VIIA released his first single track called “Lotus”. The
track has made it to the Beatport Top 100 Progressive Tracks.
During this
period, he released his first official remix
for In Hoodies - The Vibe was
released at Mid 2017
. In addition to the singles 'Separate Ways' and 'The Last
Bad Dream' (released in May/June 2018), he also released his second remix
for In Hoodies ‘Coo Coo’ from official global label Sony Music Turkey/Epic
Istanbul. With his recent music momentum, his tracks have been released by
successful global record companies such as Zehn Records and Lost On You.
He managed to take place in the official playlists of Spotify & Apple Music with
his infamous work, 'A New Dawn & Human Drama’. He released his 'Euphoric
Recall' EP in the last quarter of 2020 with Theory X, the record company of
VIIA’s co-founded with Turkey's most important DJs and producers
