Terje Olsen (born in 1981), known by his stage name Todd Terje, is a Norwegian DJ, songwriter, and record producer. His stage name is a tribute to house music producer Todd Terry.
Described by Mixmag as the “King of the summer hits,” by Spin magazine as “one third of the Holy Trinity of Norwegian disco,” and by AllMusic as “one of [the Scandinavian dance scene’s] leading figures,” Todd Terje rose to fame in the mid-2000s with a series of remixes and re-edits. He is the younger brother of Olaf Olsen, known as the drummer of Bigbang, who frequently plays drums during Terje’s live performances.
